Engine Builder and (1) team member will be permitted at the competition / in the dyno room
Team members are encouraged to wear their shop / brand logo at the competition
EMPI direct competitor brand logos will not appear or be added to the competitor’s motor or worn by the competitor’s team and EMPI reserves the final right to exclude competitor logos from video/social content.
EMPI will initially post content from the regional and Championship events, competitors will post EMPI-provided content of their dyno activities.
Competitors will sign an agreement that they have followed all the rules of the EMPI Engine Battle and that they agree to sell their engine to EMPI for the sum of $20,000 USD if their engine is declared the Champion.
